FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

Can I change my order after checkout? Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified or cancelled.

Can I cancel my order?  Our order fulfillment and shipping system is designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Once an order has been placed, neither our warehouse staff nor Customer Service can change or cancel it.

Why am I charged Sales Tax?  Sales tax is only charged in the states of Missouri and Texas.

I need my order fast...can it ship today?  All UPS and FedEx orders must be placed by 12:00pm CST to ship out the same day.  All orders placed after this time will ship out the following day.  Orders shipped with UPS and FedEx cannot be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

What are my shipping options with UPS?  UPS Next Day Air will deliver the next day if your order is placed by 12:00pm CST.  UPS 2nd Day Air will deliver within 2 business days.

What are my shipping options with FedEx? FedEx Standard Overnight will deliver the next day if your order is placed by 12:00pm CST.  FedEx 2nd Day Air will deliver within 2 business days.

My shipment was lost...what happens? Big Time Jersey is NOT responsible for delays in shipping.  Once the product has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number if shipped with UPS or FedEx.  Big Time Jersey is NOT responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.  USPS, UPS and FedEx are responsible once a package has shipped.  Please contact your carrier directly.  USPS: 1-800-275-8887    UPS: 1-800-742-5877   FedEx: 1-800-463-3339

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct.  We are not responsible if a package is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  Please contact Customer Service immediately if you believe your address is incorrect.  We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
