Shipping within US

We can ship to any US address. Please allow 1-2 business for processing before an order ships.  Once an order ships, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days - depending on the ship method you chose.  

 

Shipping Internationally

Orders ship from the US via UPS Mail Innovations.  This is a lower cost method which ships your package via UPS Expedited Service to your local postal service who then delivers to you.  Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, charges, local sales taxes/VAT or fees associated with the purchase/import of any item from this store. This may be due upon receipt based on your country's local tax and tariff rates.  These can vary based on the items purchased and their total value.

 

Canceling Orders

Our order fulfillment and shipping system is designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible - most orders ship the same day as received.  Once an order has shipped, neither our warehouse staff nor Customer Service can change or cancel it.

 

Order Status & Tracking

When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.  If you don't receive this email, please contact Customer Service.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your expected delivery date and your shipment tracking number.

 

Return Policy for US Customers

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund (minus your original shipping costs).  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please email us at
customerservice@bigtimejersey.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.  Or you may call us toll free at (888) 579-3524 Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm (CST) excluding holidays. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and a return shipping label** - if you use this return label, we'll deduct $3.00 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs.  

If you choose not to use our shipping label, please send your package, prepaid via the carrier of your choice.  We recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We also recommend that you insure your package and have it traceable as we cannot be responsible for it until it reaches our warehouse. 

You can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to inspect and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment (credit card or pay pal).

**$3.00 Return Shipping Label Charge will be subtracted from your refund amount before the refund is applied to your original method of payment.
